About SCCS

Strathroy Community Christian School is dedicated to providing quality Christian education to our students. Our mission is to

"to integrate faith and learning through effective Christian education accessible to Christian parents in the Strathroy area."

    Established in 1955, we have now grown to 90 families representing about 20 churches! In 1996 we changed our name from John Calvin Christian School to Strathroy Community Christian School. We currently reside at 7880 Walkers Dr, Strathroy Ontario.

     The Strathroy Community Christian School Society is an association of Christians from a variety of denominational backgrounds that share a vision for Christian education.

     We are not connected with any particular church or denomination. Many of our pioneers and founders have come from a Reformed background, and that continues to shape our approach to education. However, we are an independent group of Christians that, first and foremost, strives to understand and apply the Biblical principles that apply to the realm of education.

     At present SCCS have families form over twenty different churches from around the Strathroy area.
